1 About the Nozstock Websites

These websites (collectively, including all content available through the nozstock.com domain, the syphnet.streamlinenettrial.co.uk domain, the "Nozstock Festival Website", "The Farm Website", or "the Nozstock Websites") provide a collection of online services ("the Nozstock Services"), that offers our Friends (visitors who have registered with the Nozstock Websites) a variety of options.

It should be noted, that, once a Friend has registered with either the Nozstock Festival Website or the Farm Website, the Friend uses the same login details (username and password) to login to either of the Nozstock Websites.

Friends can login to:

1.1 the Nozstock Festival Website Manager, where they may:

1.1.1 add or edit details relating to their profile, through Manager options, such as 'Details', 'Address Details' and 'Change Username and Password';

1.1.2 add or update new electronic media content to the archival region, the Scrapbook;

1.1.3 order and pay for tickets for upcoming Nozstock Festivals.

1.2 the Farm Website Manger, where they may:

1.2.1 add or update details relating to their profile, through Manager functions, such as 'Details', 'Friend Details' and 'Change Username and Password';

1.2.2 add, join or share in management of Collaborations between Friends.

2 Collaborations Formed on the Farm

Collaborations formed on the Farm between Friends can take various forms:

2.1 Real Collaborations.

A Real Collaboration represents a joining of Friends into a Collaboration that exists in the real world. A simple example would be that each member of a musical group joined as Friends and then one added the Real Collaboration representing the group. The other Friends could then join the Collaboration. Other types of Real Collaborations may include: soloists; the spoken word; DJs; performance artist(s); circus performer(s); theatrical troupes; spiritual centres. Real Collaborations can request to put on a Performance at a Venue within Nozstock Festival. Any information entered by the Friends regarding their Collaboration will be, by design, for public display. Please be aware that whenever the Friends voluntarily post information to public Collaboration displays that that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.

2.2 Virtual Collaborations.

A Virtual Collaboration represents a joining of Friends into a Collaboration that exists within hyperspace. There is no limit to the number of Friends that can join in, with each offering their own specific contribution to the viability and success of the Collaboration. Join in and push back the frontiers of possibilities!

2.3 Commercial Collaborations.

A Commercial Collaboration represents a business with connections to the Nozstock Festival. It is added by a Friend, who, in reality, is the representative for the business, or, as considered on Nozstock Festival and the Farm, the Collaboration Contact. The Collaboration may take on the role of: Ticket Outlet; Stall in the Village; Charity supported; Sponsor to Nozstock Festival and the Farm; Advertiser on the Farm. Other Friends may be invited to join the Collaboration by the Collaboration Contact and then share in maintenance of the Collaboration details and content. Each Commercial Collaboration page also acts as one more instance of the business on the Web. . Any information entered for the Collaboration will be, by design, for public display and may include contact details for business enquiries. These contact details (address and telephone number) will be the only contact details intentionally displayed by the Nozstock Services.

2.4 Public Clogs in the Meet Point.

A Public Clog represents a joining of Friends into a Collaboration Log, where thoughts and views may be expressed and ideas take on form and grow. This happens in the Meet Point. All visiting the Farm may browse the Meet Point, however Public Clogs may only be contributed to by Friends, who have joined the Clog being viewed. The Friend, who added the Public Clog (Clog Contact), will be responsible for setting the display style of the Clog. Only Trusted Friends have the ability to add Public Clogs. The Clog Contact will be responsible for maintaining the viability of the content displayed within the Clog. Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to Public Clogs or other public displays that that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.

2.5 Private Clogs in the Meet Point.

A Private Clog represents a joining of Friends into a Collaboration Log, where thoughts and views may be expressed. Private Clogs may be only browsed and added to by those Friends who have joined the Private Clog. The Friend, who added the Private Clog (Clog Contact), will be the only person with the ability to invite other Friends to join the Private Clog. Only Trusted Friends have the ability to add Private Clogs and be invited into Private Clogs. The Clog Contact will not only be responsible for setting the display style of the Clog, but also for maintaining the viability of the content displayed within the Clog.

The Nozstock Websites are a collection of online services that allow our Friends to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of Friends. Friends of the Nozstock Websites can view each other's profiles, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the Nozstock Services, and describe their interests. We request and display some personal information to other Friends and visitors, which allows identification of Friends. Friends of the Nozstock Websites can change their profile information at any time and can control how other Friends and the Nozstock Services communicate with them.

However the main driving force of the Farm will be the Collaborations that Friends form between themselves. Information from these Collaborations will be displayed throughout the Nozstock Websites. Friends of the Nozstock Websites can change the information of any Collaborations that they are involved in at any time.

3 Information Collection and Use by the Nozstock Websites

The Nozstock Websites collect Friend submitted information such as name and email address, in order to authenticate Friends and to send notifications to those Friends relating to the Nozstock Services. Email addresses are used to send notifications related to the Nozstock Services. A Friend's email address is not shared or displayed to visitors or users within a Friend's personal network. Friends within a personal network communicate on the Nozstock Websites with each other through the Nozstock Services, without disclosing their email addresses. The Nozstock Websites may also collect other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist Friends in finding and communicating with each other. Friend's profile information including Friends' pictures and first names (or known names) are displayed to people in order to facilitate Friend interaction in the Nozstock Websites social networking community. Friends' full names are never directly revealed to other Friends or visitors. To facilitate searching and finding Friends on the Nozstock Services, the Nozstock Websites will allow Friends to search for other Friends using first and last name, and email address.

The Nozstock Websites also log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address and browser type from Friends logging into the Nozstock Websites. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the Nozstock Services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant Nozstock Services and advertisements to Friends. Friend IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

We may also use a Friend's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Nozstock Services. Friends, who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications or any Nozstock Websites newsletters, may choose not to by selecting 'No' for the mailing list option in either the Nozstock Festival Manager or the Farm Manager option 'User Details'. All notification emails and any Nozstock Websites newsletters should include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

From time to time, the Nozstock Websites or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the Nozstock Websites. Friends may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.

4 Use of Cookies

The Nozstock Websites use cookies to record session information, for purposes including ensuring the display of Web page content based on browser type and Friend profile information. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. However, you must enable cookies for the Nozstock Websites (nozstock.com and syphnet.streamlinenettrial.co.uk) in order to use the Manager functions on the Nozstock Websites. Please note that the Nozstock Websites allow 3rd party advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the Nozstock Websites Privacy Policy.

5 Sharing and Disclosure of Information the Nozstock Websites Collect

Except, as otherwise described in this privacy statement, the Nozstock Websites will not disclose personal information to any third party, unless we believe that disclosure is necessary:

5.1 to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by the Nozstock Websites, whether or not a response is required by applicable law;

5.2 to enforce the Nozstock Websites Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement or to protect our rights;

5.3 to protect the safety of the public and Friends of the Nozstock Services. The Nozstock Websites reserve the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of the Nozstock Websites or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest. 6 Security

The Nozstock Websites Friend accounts are secured by user-created passwords. The Nozstock Websites take precautions to insure that Friend account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect Friend information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to Friend information to those employees, who need access to perform management, support and technical functions. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of Friend account information. Unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of Friend information at any time.

7 Hyperlinks to Other Websites

The Nozstock Websites contain hyperlinks to other websites. The Nozstock Websites are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other websites. When linking to another site, a Friend should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Nozstock Websites.

8 Correcting/Updating or Removing Information

Friends of the Nozstock Websites may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their Manager on:

8.1 the Nozstock Festival Website and access options, such as Details, where they can update login and address details.

8.2 the Farm Website and access options, such as Details, where they can alter login details, Friend Details, where information relating to the Friend contribution can be modified, and Collaborations, where data concerned with the Collaborations the Friend is part of can be edited.

9 Email Mailing List Option

Friends, who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications or any Nozstock Websites newsletters, may choose not to by selecting 'No' for the mailing list option in either the Nozstock Festival Manager or the Farm Manager option 'User Details'. All notification emails and any Nozstock Websites newsletters should include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

10 Third Party Advertising

Advertisements appearing on the Nozstock Websites may be delivered to Friends by the Nozstock Websites or one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognise your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements, that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by the Nozstock Websites and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

11 Changes in Our Privacy Policy

From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will post them on the Nozstock Websites, in order to make Friends aware of what changes have been made. Therefore Friends will always be cognisant of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A Friend is bound by any minor changes to the Privacy Policy, when using the Nozstock Websites after those changes have been posted. If, however, we are going to use Friends' personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify by posting a notice on the Nozstock Websites for 1 calendar month.
